These reprinted manuals give you assembly illustrations down to the last nut, bolt and screw. The manual set is for a 1983 Chevy - most features are the same for the GMC truck so this manual can be used for both. It shows exploded views of mechanical parts of the truck, and includes part group numbers. Use these manuals to help you disassemble or reassemble parts of your vehicle, and or to help identify parts that may be missing or incorrect. You get information on the base model all the way up to "fully loaded." You will find illustrations for the following 12 sections: body (including roof, underbody, frame, heater, a/c), body mounting, engine, transmission, fuel & exhaust, steering, wheels & tires, fenders & hood, electrical, radiator and bumpers. These books show how the engine and transmission are put into the vehicle, but do not show the inside of the engine or transmission. DOES NOT include sections 2-5, covering frame, front & rear suspension, brakes as these were not available in the original book this was made from. There are exploded views and illustrations on just about every page, with torque specifications and handwritten revision records.

This book covers 1983 Chevrolet 10-30 Truck models including pickup, Blazer, Suburban, half ton, three quarter ton, one ton, two wheel drive and four wheel drive. Includes both gasoline and diesel engines.
