Condition is excellent.  Has a couple of wrinkles, but none are long or noticeable without catching the light just right.  

To help this arrive safely at your door, I will sandwich it between sheets of oversized stiff cardboard, and I will affix USPS stickers that state 'Do Not Bend' to both sides of the 10 by 13-inch envelope.
