JJC Motorsport Oil Cooler - Black Alloy - 13 Row - 235mm Matrix - 5/8in BSP Male

Designed to cool the engine oil by using air flow through the cooling fins, these oil coolers are suitable for fast road or competition cars whose engines are subjected to higher RPM and increased power levels. When engine oil exceeds its working temperature it can become too thin to protect the engine. For this reason an oil cooler is an important addition to protect your engine.

This range of oil coolers are available in various sizes to offer different levels of cooling – the bigger the cooler the better the cooling. Two widths are available, 170mm and 235mm (this dimension refers to the matrix width, rather than the overall width). The height of the cooler is measured in rows (this is the number of oilways including the top and bottom plate: more rows equates to more cooling).

The fittings supplied are -10 ORB male to male adaptors manufactured to the highest specification aircraft quality aluminium and hard anodised in a black finish c/w rubber o-rings ensuring a positive seal between the cooler and fitting.

The rubber mounts prolong the life of any oil cooler bycreating a secure vibration absorbent mount which all oil coolers requireespecially within the harsh and gruelling environments of motorsport today.
