• Zero Drop Profile: Our shoe insoles feature a traditional shape with a zero-drop profile and no arch support. These orthotics offer a lightweight, firm layer of neutral EVA, making them suitable for running shoes, walking shoes, work boots, hiking boots, or any footwear that accommodates shoe inserts. Note that these insoles do not feature a wide toe box. For wide toe box shoes, compare the forefoot width of your existing insole with the forefoot measurements on our sizing chart; length can be ignored. You may then trim the insoles to fit as needed.

• Multiple Uses: Run 619 zero drop insoles can be used as a replacement for factory insoles or under custom orthotics. Run 619 inserts are perfect for runners, walkers, hikers, restaurant workers, construction workers and those on their feet for multiple hours a day.

• Precise Fit and Function: Our flat shoe insoles for both men and women come in 8 sizes for a more accurate fit and feel and can be trimmed with a scissor for an extra degree of precision.

• Shoe Sizing is suggested.  U.S. shoe sizes are not standardized.  The best way to purchase the most accurate size is to measure your existing insole.  Use the sizing chart to pick the appropriate size based on the measurements listed. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON OUR COS-BLEM INSOLES.  If you are unsure of sizing, please reach out to us before you order.

• Also note that these insoles are firm and foot forming.  They require a break in period.
