This costume is made of top quality materials.
The halter-style midriff top is 100% stretch cotton with detailed sequin design and trim - comfortable to wear and stretches to fit.
The flared, sequined skirt has an elasticized waistband.
Also includes matching sequin elasticized headband and arm bands, and pink under-panty.
The top and under-panty has a tag indicating size is Child Large.
Here are measurements when laying flat:
Measures approximately 10.5" from top of front neck to bottom.
Measures about 10" from armpit to armpit and at bottom.
Skirt measures about 10.5" at waist (elasticized waistband with ample stretch to fit).
Skirt measures about 10.5" from waist to bottom.
Under-panty is 100% stretch nylon and measures 9.5" across at waist and 11" from top waist to bottom crotch.
