What does BIS stand for in the listing?

It means Bid Includes Shipping (for domestic bidders)

I used to put FREE SHIPPING but in all honesty it really isn't free

it's just added into the original bid so in an attempt to be accurate

or priority through USPS

Priority is recommended for the 

included insurance and tracking feature 

I will automatically upgrade shipping to priority

if the cost difference is within one dollar

Worldwide shipping is by 1st class

international through USPS

I always combine 

shipping whenever possible
