BLADE：

-The balde was made of folded steel in Maru structure smelted and pounded to fold 13 times to creat 8192 layers,Not only can remove the remain impurities of the carbon steel and better distribute the carbon to form the blank,But also allow the layers to bend at rates,it was Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional method of sword making.

-After the clay tempering heat treatment process, the toughness and hardness of the blade are strengthened, Real Hamon.

-The blade has been Fully hand polished with more than 16 process hand sharpening work in the most traditional Japanese craftmanship way.It is strong enough and very sharp for battle ready.

FITTINGS:

-Tsuka(Sword handle)
The Tsuka is made of high quality wood wrapped with genuine ray skin(Samegawa), and tightly tied with real silk ITO.Two Mekugi (peg) was nailed to secure the full tang of the sword,the sword can be disassembled by picking up the two Mekugi (peg).

-Tsuba sets(sword Guard)
The Tsuba (guard), Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made of high quality brass with exquisite workmanship and fine elaboration.The tsuba is Secured by Two Copper Seppas (Spacer),The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made well match the tsuka for a good balance.

-Habaki&Seppa:
The habaki(blade collar) made of brass，and the seppas (Spacer) is made of high quality red copper.

-Saya (scabbard)
The saya is made by High-grade Brazilian ebony wood, inlaid with natural Horns X3, and is split, grooved, bonded, polished and reshaped, and designed with proper tightness for the sword body to enter and exit. which feels very good, exquisite and high-grade, which is conducive to collection.
