Hycote double acrylic primers comprise a range of concentrated primers, standard, popular finish coats, a clear lacquer, and a zinc rich primer with enhanced corrosion protection. The primers are designed for use in conjunction with most of the finishes in the Hycote range. The clear lacquer is designed for use over all colour finishes with the exception of Aluminium, to enhance gloss levels, and to improve environmental and physical protection. For use on all types of metallic, rigid plastics and ceramic surfaces when used in conjunction with the appropriate primers. Do not use on surfaces pre-treated with primers of unknown composition, without first ascertaining suitability of use on a small inconspicuous area.   • We are unable to accept orders for delivery to the Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland, Scilly Isles, Sark, Alderney, Herm, the East coast of Scotland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, or the Channel Islands.
  • If we experience unexpected problems with availability and are unable to deliver your order within 3 working days, our Customer Service Team will send an email informing you of this.
  • Failed delivery attempts will be carded, and shown on the courier-tracking page. You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
  • Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery. Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any expenses incurred because of delayed or unsuccessful deliveries

If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us within 30 days of the date that the products were delivered to your address. Please contact us through eBay messages to request a refund.

We are happy to refund the item providing it is returned unused, and in its original packaging. All returns of products are made at your own risk. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The refund will be processed excluding the original delivery cost and the cost of returning the product/s which must be borne by you.

Faulty Items

If your item is damaged on receipt of delivery please take an image of the damaged product and notify us through the eBay messages. In the event of a damage please notify us within 30 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent out or full refund, including postage costs will be issued following receipt of the returned item and verification of the damage. Please use eBay messages to notify us that your item has developed a fault and start the returns process.

Incorrect Orders & Substitutes

In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies. Please contact us through eBay messages to request a refund. Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund. We recommend that you re-purchase your item from our Shop under a separate transaction.

For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address, phone number and your eBay user name. Please print and enclose a copy of your original PayPal transaction. Please allow up to 30 working days to test and process returns.
