For the avid reader, discerning collector and real Jeffrey Archer - fan,

a very good, signed limited proof copy of

Jeffrey Archer
Heads You Win
One man. Two lives. A family devided
Macmillan, London UK, 2018

Your copy is number 78 of this "limited edition of 150 signed proofs" (see photos). It is flat signed by Jeffrey Archer in black pen to a signature and limitation page. This very rare, interesting series of proofs has a "camouflage" cover over the final front cover and a fitting back cover (all softcover) which does not appear anymore with the later published book.

Your copy appears unread and has only very minor traces of use and storage (no tear, no marks, no major stains, etc.; see photos).

We do have signed copies of the final (published) UK 1st edition hardcover as well in our ebay shop. If you decide to buy both (proof + book) we will combine shipping and deduct / reimburse 10% of the overall price!

"Russia, 1968. When his father is assassinated by the KGB for defying the state, Alexander Karpenko and his mother must flee the country if they hope to survive. At the docks, they are confronted with an irreversible choice: should they board a container ship bound for America - or go to Great Britain? Alexander leaves that choice to the toss of a coin…

In a single moment, a double twist decides Alexander’s future. But what if the epic events of his life had played out differently? How would his experience as a struggling immigrant have been on one continent versus the other? The only way for Alexander to answer these questions - and learn his true destiny - is to face the past he left behind in Russia. But is his need to settle the score with his old friend Vladimir worth the risk of losing everything … including his own life." (macmillan.com)
