This hands on approach has helped us source our dies from reliable manufacturers, that make good quality dies at great value.
We post all our dies in boarded envelopes (bubble envelops or boxes on larger orders) to give high levels of protection though the postal system. We have never had to send a replacement die due to damage in the post.

We realise that some people, for various reasons, can't easily remove connectors from dies to separate them.
If you wish for us to disconnect the dies for you, we will do this at no extra cost. Just leave us a message when you check out asking us to disconnect your dies.
Although we will endeavour to get your dies posted as soon as we can. On rare occasions the disconnection service may delay postage of your dies by one working day.
We may use adhesive tape to keep the die letter size in the post.
