Please select the type you want from the drop down list.

PLEASE READ THE BELOW BEFORE YOU ORDER ELSEWHERE!

I will post by 1st Class Royal Mail on the SAME DAY of your order if received before cut-off at 2pm.

IF YOU ARE NOT SEEING THE ITEM YOU WANT IN STOCK THEN PLEASE EMAIL ME - I CAN USUALLY MAKE THESE UP WITHIN A DAY.

Please note that the resistor and capacitor are soldered, not just twisted together. It's important to note that it is twisted and soldered, which means that the resistor won't fall off when the solder heats up when you solder the treble bleed to the volume pot.

All ceramic capacitor kits are made with 22AWG thick wire soldered to them. This makes the kit much more sturdy and easier to install. Ceramic capacitors are very delicate, and are otherwise very flimsy due to the very thin wires. We prefer to use Sprague or Mylar Poly Film capacitors where possible, but because some values are not available in these capacitor types, we need to use ceramic capacitors that we solder onto thick wires for this reason.

Universal All-Rounder (Mylar) 1nF/150KΩ
1nF 100V Mylar Polyester Film Capacitor ±5% (1nF is the same as 0.001µF (Microfarad), and 1000pF (Picofarad))
150kΩ Metal Film 0.25W Resistor ±1% in parallel

Universal All-Rounder (Sprague Orange Drop) 1nF/150KΩ
1nF 600V Sprague Orange Drop ±10% (1nF is the same as 0.001µF (Microfarad), and 1000pF (Picofarad))
150kΩ Metal Film 0.25W Resistor ±1% in parallel

Bill Lawrence Type 330pF/82KΩ
Ceramic 330pF Capacitor
82kΩ Metal Film 0.25W Resistor ±1% in parallel (Bill Lawrence traditionally use an 80KΩ resistor, but these are very difficult to source - this is close enough!)

Mojo Tone Type 471pF/220KΩ
Ceramic 471pF Capacitor
220kΩ Metal Film 0.25W Resistor ±1% in parallel

YOU CAN HAVE ANY VALUE OF CAPACITOR AND RESISTOR COMBINATION YOU LIKE. Please just email me and I will supply this to order.  Any custom orders may be dispatched the next working day instead of the same day.

We can supply any type to suit your setup. If you need advice on the best values for your specific setup, please email me with your type of pickups and volume pot value.

If you have 2 volume controls on your guitar (e.g. Les Paul, SG, or similar) then you will need 2 kits, one for each volume pot.

The wiring is as per the picture in the listing. The kit is wired from the centre to the hot lug. This is for right-handed pots - for left handed pots it is the reverse.

Please note that you will need some soldering skills to install this.
