These natural Beech hair and shawl pins are made from Beech sticks collected from our Woodlands in Surrey. Each pin is hand carved and each one has unique detail provided by the natural shape, grain and knots in the wood. The pin is then sanded and treated with a couple of coats of natural Hanging Wood beeswax and olive oil wood treatment provided by our own bees to create a beautiful and smooth design.
Our woodlands are completely organic and we do not use pesticides or insecticides. The branches are cut as part of our woodland management plan so no damage to the tree is caused.
The pins have an approx length of 7" or 18cm
