We accept returns within 30 days from the date you've received your order.
Note : This policy is not applicable for consumable items.
• Who should pay for return shipping?
The buyers(you) are responsible to pay for the return shipments.
• What about warranty?
Most our electronics items is bonded with 6 months (Minimum) and 3 year (Maximum) of warranty period and 1-1 replacement for some selected items.
For non electronic items excluding consumable items and wearable, we will provide you with a 30 days of warranty period.
• What if the product was damaged while shipping?
we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages that may occur within the delivery period. Under different scenarios we will always try to work something out by having a conversation with the relevant authorities to arrange a refund.
