• Make sure your boot mode is set to 'Legacy'
• The HDD comes fully set-up with operating system 
• Windows 7 users are required to enter their Windows 7 key for activation (the key can be located underneath your laptop)  
• Drives have been thoroughly tested using diagnostic programs to ensure they are in perfect working order, with no errors or bad sectors

 

What to do when received

• Insert the HDD and let it run
• Connect to your internet
• Make sure to type in 'update' in the bottom left search bar to install all the necessary drivers
• This will download updates based on your computers hardware

• Fully tested and in good working order

 

Warranty

 

• 90 days warranty comes with our refurbished products
• We provide a 14 days return to base warranty, this covers repairs, labour parts and a replacement if available (this does not cover return postage costs) 
• Furthermore, the warranty does not include software problems such as damages made by viruses, malware or the operating system failing
• We also do not take any responsibility for damage that you have made to the hard drive

 

Delivery

 

• Securely packaged in a small envelope/small box

 

Returns

• If you are returning a purchase that you have bought from us, message me first before opening a case
• That way, when we are aware of the problem and that we can offer solutions
• The item MUST be returned in same way you first received 
• This includes the original packaging and the same item being returned 
• All serial numbers are recorded as this is to prevent fraud
