Unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee your eBay items arriving according to the specified times assigned by eBay & Australia Post. If you experience any problems please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number or email me so I can help you. Some of our interstate mail is arriving days or weeks later than advertised whereas my international mail can be delivered to the US or London in 3-4 days, often ahead of the schedule.

POSTAGE: You have the option of purchasing either Express Post or Signature on Delivery.

Items under $20 will not include tracking or postal insurance.
Items over $20 include tracking and postal insurance. Signature is an optional extra (please contact me if you want Signature included).

PICK UP: Is available on larger items and you are welcome to send your own courier. Please contact me for details.

OVERSIZE ITEMS: Items that weigh over 20 kg cannot be posted. Items over 105 cm in Length cannot be posted.

TRACKING: Tracking is inclusive for all items priced over $20.00. To comply with Item not received Policy, eBay Buyer Protection Policy, PayPal Protection Policy, and Bank Charge-back. Extra Cover Postal Insurance is required for items with a final sale value over AU$100

COMBINED POSTAGE: I am more than happy to combine or bundle postage on all items in my store I do not add profit from postage and handling charges. If you are interested in multiple items please CONTACT ME FIRST PRIOR TO MAKING PAYMENT so I can make you an offer on your combined lot. Once you make the payment I am unable to change the invoice.

EXPRESS POST: If you need the item urgently I offer an optional Express Post Service on all my items listed (apart from over-sized items), but to ensure that your item is shipped Express Post. PLEASE BRING IT TO MY ATTENTION IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AFTER 12 PM (AEST) by sending me an eBay message, so I can confirm my availability to get it posted that day. Generally, my cut off time for all postage is 11 am.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: Please contact me directly for combined postage quotes. # Please note that the BUYER is responsible for ALL taxes/customs fees/duty fees.

PACKAGING AND DISPATCH: You can be assured that I will pack your items extra well and they will be posted within 24 hours from the business day (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) of receiving payment. Items brought on weekends or public holidays will be posted on the first business day thereafter. I post each day but the cut-off time is 11 am if you order after this time your order will go in the following day's Post.

Most of my items do not have original packaging and I use new heavy-duty bubble wrap and recycled cardboard, paper as my packing materials. I use 500 grams, 1kg, 3kg, 5kg Satchels to keep the postage cost down.

DAMAGED & LOST MAIL: All items are sent with tracking. Items over the value of $20 include Insurance. If your item is lost in the post, you need to contact Auspost directly to claim your insurance.

If you require a Fragile Service, you will need to find a courier company that offers this service. Australia Post Extra Cover Insurance will cover you for loss only. Australia Post does not offer a fragile service so items cannot be covered for damage in transit.

However, I deal mainly in Metal-ware so breakage is rare. I always add lots of extra weight to the postage cost to make sure your item is well packed making its journey to you intact. I use heavy-duty bubble-wrap and recycled boxes.

TERMS OF SALE

Buyers Please Note: Item is sold as featured on eBay. Please carefully read the description & view the photos in the gallery to judge for yourself. I try to photograph my items from every angle. In many cases, the enlarged photographs can show up the finer details and conditions that the eye cannot pick up. Photos also form part of the description. Please note that the colors may appear different on different computer screens.

ITEM CONDITIONS:

New - An item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer's sealing (if applicable).
As New - An item that looks like it has just had its shrink-wrap removed. No visible wear, the item is flawless and intact.
Excellent - Minor wear consistent with age and history.
Very Good - Minor to moderate wear and tear.
Good - Moderate wear and tear, but still has good years left.
Fair - Has lived a "full life" and has a distressed look with noticeable wear.
Work Needed - Great bones, but will need some work or restoration.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
