FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
What if the pride flag that represents me isn't listed?
I
run my badge making workshop from the LGBTQIA+ home I share with my
partner in the United Kingdom using UK produced components. Whilst I've
made every effort to represent everyone's pride flag(s), sometimes I do
miss things.
If you don't see the pride flag that best
represents you and you would like to purchase a badge of your flag,
please send me a message with your pride flag attached.
I'll
then see if it's possible to turn yours into a badge as well (as some
development (which may incur a small cost depending on complexity) will
be required to produce it to the same high quality standard I try to put
into all of my badges).
What if I'm representing a company or organisation that wants a custom pride badge?
If
you are representing a company or organisation that would like to
include it's logo on a pride badge or order custom pride badge(s),
please message me as this will require a custom order/different pricing.
What if I want to order more than you have currently listed?
I can fulfill larger orders dependent on how many you would like and when you need them by.
Please send me a message with what you would like and when you need them by and I will confirm -
a) The price for your proposed order; and
b) If my schedule permits me to fulfill this order based on your timescale(s).
Can the colour of the badge vary to what I see on my screen?
Due
to the difference between electronic devices and physical printing, the
colours of each badge may slightly vary. Each badge has been designed
to represent the pride flag from which the design is based however.
Why are there so many different variations available?
I've
always been a passionate LGBTQIA+ rights activist on my local and
national scene and the one thing I've always believed in is adequate
representation for anyone who identifies outside of the normative
heterosexual/cisgender space.
I started making these badges to
allow everyone a fair chance of representation and to feel proud in
having something physically that represents them.
Why are your badges priced the way they are?
In
terms of pricing, eBay/PayPal/Royal Mail will always make far more off
of these badges than I do because I've costed them to the point where
I'm making pennies each sale.
If
my badges can make somebody who has never had much of anything
physically to represent them feel happy; or it allows them to feel more
represented, then that's my real payment.
What if I live outside of the UK, can I still buy?
Absolutely
I've listed the price for Royal Mail International Standard and Royal Mail International Tracked on the listing options.
Why have you made this a private listing?
After a request from a buyer who is not 'out' to their family & friends yet, I have decided to make the item a private listing, meaning eBay will not show the item title in your buyer history or feedback.
