Have no idea about the origin. 

Bought at the antique market in Germany. The seller informed that it was made as part of a trial batch of a long-closed porcelain factory in Thuringia region.

On the bottom under glazed imprinted or incised word "probe" (? ) See the picture carefully.

There are no chips, cracks or even crazing.
