This is the cutest vintage black velvet opera coat with a bakelite button and union label, but it has damage.  The inside lining on one shoulder (not the label side) is torn and there is water damage (extends to the outside of the coat a little).  It's not really very noticeable due to the quality of the velvet, which is very soft.  It drapes beautifully and the sleeves have a small cuff where the material overlaps to make them look puffed.  No pockets. 

Very classic coat with stylish drapes and feels warm and soft like your favorite bathrobe.  It can be worn with a vintage dress or favorite jeans.  No odors! 

Made in USA.  Measures approx. 15" across back shoulders, 22" armpit to armpit (pulled tight), sleeve length 24" (but the cuff is 23") and overall length 30".  I'm 5'4" and it comes to the top of my thighs.  When buttoned, it fits snug around the neck.  Looks chic draped over the shoulders too.
