Here is a lot of what we have been told is Mortitz Gottschalk furniture. These items were in a Gottschalk Doll House recently sold here on eBay. We are not experts, but have no reason to disbelieve the information we were given. Please review the pictures carefully and ask any questions prior to purchase.

You are reviewing a lot containing 6 items: an armchair, a straight-back chair, a unique bedwarmer (copper?), two round room sized rugs, and a small rug. The items measure (all measurements are approximate):

Red Arm Chair - 4" tall, 2" deep, 2.5" wide
Green Straight-Back Chair - 3" tal, 1.5" deep, 1.75" wide
2 Round Area Rugs - 7.75" in diameter
1 Small Rug - 2" in diameter
Bed Warmer - 1.5" across from tip of handle, 1" in diameter

These pieces are in pretty good shape with normal wear one would expect from items of this age. The arm chair has a tiny chip missing on the underside of one of the chair arms, the fabric has some minor spotting, and it also shows minor picks and other wear. The green straight-back chair has some paint missing and other minor nicks. The large rugs both have very minor fading/discoloration in spots and a few pulled threads. The edges show minor wear as well. The bed warmer pan appears to be in very good shape with no issues that we can find.

All in all this is a great lot of collectible antique dollhouse miniatures and would be a great addition to any Gottschalk collection.
