All items have a one to two-day handling as we do not live close to the drop off location. Within two days of buying the item, I will have a shipping label printed. If the item is bought by Friday or Saturday, it will be scheduled to ship out on Monday, as when I get to the USPS after doing shipping, the office is closed. Most if not all of my items come with free shipping. Shipping will either be included in the price OR be taken out from my side in order to give you the best price possible. All clothing comes from a smoke free environment, HOWEVER not from a pet free home. Much if not all of the lint and dirt is taken off any to all items, but items do come with a mistake or two but they are very rare. Any issues, please message me.

Returns 

Returns follow eBay's guidelines. It is important to understand my return policy is that the BUYER pays for shipping. This is due to the areas that I buy my products to resell online. The process is simple. HOWEVER, before you open a return case, message me. I will reply back to you. Matters of returns can be dealt with easier and simpler with messaging, vs. Opening a return case. Return cases hurt resellers and thus most of us do not wish for one to be opened. We are a lot nicer, as I am, to deal with issues over messages. Everything can be done over it, including money return, return shipping, and a following of eBay's practices without any issues. A lot of what I set in these portions can be forgone if AND ONLY IF, there are messages between us before there is a open return case filed. 

If you file that an item is defective, without messaging me, I take it personally. All returns are hurtful as I try to make myself 100% transparent and honest. If the item comes back to me, and it isn’t defective, I can and will talk to eBay for a wrongful return. Be careful of putting DEFECTIVE as the reason for the return. It can cause for a demerit on your account and a possibility of not receiving the money. 

Other issues are dealt with as a case per case issue. However, I aim to not cause any returns at all. But here are my guidelines for how I deal with returns of any kind. If I miss any, or do not specifically put it on here, it is due to the case-by-case mentality.

Used: 

Used items come back to me used and as such there is no problem with giving full refunds. The only issue arises when the item has been damaged, destroyed, or ruined from shipping or other ways. If you damaged the item but wish to return it, message me and we can come to an agreement.  

New: 

New items a different and handled more carefully. New items are sold new and unused, if mentioned. These items are shown at different prices than used. Many resellers have this restocking fee, which is set to a reasonable amount of the purchase price. My restocking fee is 20%. For example, an item is $20 and it being returned new but opened or used. The max the buyer can receive or will receive will be $16. The items are new and when returned, they might possibly be unable to be put back online, or at an extremely lowered price.  

Shipping 

Items are giving shipping labels either the same day or next day. I have a set time that I go daily to USPS and can get the item shipped out that day.  Shipping is free if indicated. If you wish it to be upgraded, if available, like a First-Class shipping to priority, just message me. I can change the shipping in order for it to show a difference. There might be a high fee but it will NOT be the full price, as I already cover the shipping of the item for free. If you want it priority, and my shipping would be $4, I would change the shipping charge to be $2.95, as that is the cheapest but fastest option USPS has for shipping. That way you get the item faster and the shipping can be upgraded. 

Prices 

With eBay's ever-changing options, sellers cannot lower prices as fast as other listings come on. If you see my item, and it’s cheaper elsewhere, message me. If the item is on sale at Target, I can lower my price to be lower than what Target is selling or even another reseller. I just need to see the listing or the area of that item to notice it and make the change. If you like an item but wish it was cheaper, message me with a price that fits what you can do and I can do my math on my end to see if it is doable and reply back. 

Two or more items 

If you want two or more items, message me again. If you combine items, or want more than two, I can lower my price. Messaging me always helps you earn lower prices and also a friendlier and happier service.
