Q: HOW DO I TAKE A TINCTURE/GLYCERITE EXTRACT?
A: Place 1ml (approx 1/2 full dropper) of liquid under the tongue and before swallowing, hold for 30-60 seconds and then swallow. This allows superior absorption directly to the bloodstream to occur. Swish mouth with water/juice to rid taste if undesired. Our alcohol free tinctures will not burn the mouth. The strength of this cleanse is dependent on this step, do not swallow without first holding the liquid under the tongue for 30-60 seconds.
