This small size, set of four, gold-plated, machine-cut, jingling metal bangles have been purchased in India. 

These very beautiful bangles are about 2.6" size from inside diameters and should fit to small or thin wrist. 

These're just gold-plated bangles but look like real gold, nobody would be able to tell the difference between these and real gold!!
