How to use these reusable pads?

Please, bear in mind that these reusable menstrual pads don't have the adhesive strip of disposable pads, so the type of underwear you wear them with can makes a lot of difference. Choose wide gusset underwear which the pad can tightly wrap around and stay in place.

How to care for your reusable pads?

Washing your pads: Wash before your first use. Do not use stain removers or fabric softeners, as they can reduce absorbency and damage the waterproof layer. I strongly advise that you rinse them in cold water immediately after use to stop stains setting, then wash them within 48 hours at 40 degrees and air-dry.

Please, note: these pads are designed to catch bodily fluid and over time they may become stained or discolour slightly - this not a fault and it won’t be eligible for a return.
