Returns: If you have any issues with your order, please contact us right away so we can work with you to get it resolved. All returns must be within 14 days of purchase.  We accept returns with a full refund if the item was defective, not as described in listing.  If you wish to return an item due to reason such as: change of mind, inaccurate compatibility, or a reason that isn't directly our fault there will be a 20% restocking fee and YOU will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees that may apply from your location. 
We only cancel transactions if it's an error on our end, so if in the event a transaction needs to be cancelled on the buyer's end, buyer must agree to cancel the transaction and we ask that you leave appropriate feedback.
