This lot includes 2 tops and 4 noisemakers. You will receive what is pictured. All noisemakers work. I am not sure if the tops are complete. They may just be suitable for display. All items are in used vintage condition. Some paint loss from age and use, as well as a bit of rust, especially on the tops. See all photos.
