"Mizuuchiwa" made in the clear nature of Mino no Kuni (present-day Gifu Prefecture).
The water uchiwa made with 100% natural materials is the best "water uchiwa" in appearance.
It was born from the river culture and craftsmanship unique to Gifu, such as Mino's handmade Japanese paper, Kagawa / Marugame bamboo grove, and Nagara River Ukai.
The bamboo bones of the Uchiwa are covered with a very thin Japanese paper called Ganpishi, which is coated with natural varnish so that it can be wet with water.
By applying varnish, you can get a sense of transparency and enjoy a cool atmosphere.
You can soak it in cold water and enjoy the heat of vaporization and splashing water, and of course you can use it as an ordinary Uchiwa.
