YES! This is one adorable DEMI Tea Cup & Saucer SET! It is the DEMI CUP, which yes, is small in size, but sometimes that is just enough for YOU! The saucer plate measures at 4 1/2" in diameter, and the cup is 2 1/4" tall, and 2 1/4" in diameter.  As far as I can see, there is no surface imperfections to this set.
