Superb Museum Grade Display Specimens.   These were custom cut polished and finished with cork bottoms to prevent scuffing wood shelves.  These are the larges of their kind known.  They measure 8.5 inches tall.  Together facing out are 12 inches wide.  Each slab is about 3.5 inches thick.  This type of gemstone has become increasing valuable and is probably now worth more as a slab for cutting museum display specimens.

Each specimen is very heavy as one weighs 16 pounds 2.8 ounces and the other weighs 15 pounds 3 ounces.
