We will apply full refund of the original purchase price of the item; in some cases, and in International Orders, Refunds Exclude shipping and insurance and may be charged a 15%-25% re-stocking Fee. Buyer is covered 100% against any defects or damages and must accept an Exchange or Technical support to avoid returns and inconvenience to all and re-stocking and shipping fees.
