They are all individually made and the colours and whipping schemes may therefore vary a little to the illustration.
No two are quite the same. They have proper wire eyes and are well varnished for additional durability.
These floats are ideal for fishing small baits on tiny hooks close into the margins, enabling sensitive bites to be detected. They are very good for species such as shy-biting dace, rudd and roach.
They also look superb in a display cabinet.
These grand little floats are hand-crafted and measure approximately 3 to 5 inches in length.Some quills have a natural curve, which in fact adds to the aesthetic vintage appeal and does not detract from functionality. Each one is totally individual as they are not mass-produced items.
NB. I recommend using soft latex bands to fix the float to the line rather than hard plastic bands as it is much kinder to your float.
