We do NOT preview these movies, but we refund if they don't work, including shipping.  Please don't abuse this.  If a movie looks scratched up, it doesn't mean it won't work perfectly.  Please check before asking for a refund. 

Occasionally, eBay neglects to take a movie out of our inventory after it is sold and it gets resold.  We are sorry when this happens, but we have no control over it.  eBay takes care of the inventory.  In that instance, we will ask if you would like to substitute for another movie or just get a refund. 

Because of the way we list with a drop-down box, we can't show pics of every movie, but are very willing to take pics for you when requested.
