MasterShop we offer a number of payment option.
1. PayPal
Please follow instruction on eBay checkout process. You will be redirected to PayPal website if you choose this option. Please do not send payment manually via your PayPal account even though you knew our PayPal email address as this means bypassing payment notification system which may cause your payment being missed.
2. Direct Deposit
Customer can opt to make payment by bank transfer or direct deposit. Please include your eBay ID when sending Bank transfer to help us identify the payment you made. Your order will be dispatched once the payment is cleared (normal turnaround time is 1-2 working days).

3. Cheque / Money Order
Mastershop accept personal / business cheque. Your order will get dispatched once the payment is cleared. Normally this process can take up to 3 - 5 working days.

All prices in our eBay store in GST inclusive. Tax invoice will be supplied on every purchase.
Mastershop offers free shipping to Australia wide. There is no minimum order for you to enjoy the free shipping. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 working days depending on your location within Australia.

You are welcome to organise pick up and collect the product you purchase from Mastershop. Please contact us before hand to organise the time of collection. We are base in Melbourne, Australia.

At the moment, we do not over overseas shipping. For international buyers, if you are interested with our product, please contact us.
We hope that you will enjoy your purchase, but if not, we provide a 30-days return policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are able to do so. Provided that return meet the following conditions, we will give you a refund.
1. item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt
2. item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging, and seal must not be tampered (we will reject refund if seal has been tampered).
3. accompanied by order receipt and/or email correspondents.
4. refund request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $9.90 administrative fee.
We will refund you within 72 hours upon receiving the product back from you.

* Please be advised that MasterShop will not cover any postage costs for returned products. These costs must be covered in full by customer.
