UK POSTAGE:

We post out every weekday - Monday to Friday. If you place an order after 2pm on Friday, it will be posted on Monday

Your parcel may require a signature on arrival. If there is nobody available to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local sorting office. You can arrange a re-delivery online for a day that suits you (via Royal Mail website), or just collect it. I understand they hold parcels for 7 days before being returned to sender

Sorry but postage for missed deliveries is non refundable. Please be aware posties do not always leave cards

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

We post worldwide and use the fastest and safest method possible so your parcel arrives as quickly as possible

Payment is only accepted by Paypal in £ GBP Sterling

Any import taxes, custom charges and duties are completely the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine if additional charges may be applicable before purchasing

Items may also be subject to delays due to customs processing

To comply with paypal legislation I can only post out to the name and address registered on your paypal account. Please do not ask me to post to a different address, instead add a guest address onto your paypal account

All items are packaged well and p&p charges include Insurance, packaging materials and handling fees as well as the cost of postage - No profit is ever made from postage costs!
