Return Policy:

All returned items must be in the same condition as when received.

If damaged in shipping the buyer must cooperate with filing a shipping claim. Note: most shippers do not want the item returned until a claim is processed. Contact us before shipping a damaged item back. Full refunds can not be guaranteed if we cannot process a shipping claim.

Items returned for refund must include everything that was included in the shipment for full refund (cords, cables, accessories, etc.).

We ask that the buyer contact us first with any issues so that we may work to make things right.
