This listing is for a new soft top kit which is know as a Replacement Soft Top kit which uses your existing factory soft top hardware for 1997-2002 Wranglers. The replacement top kit does not come with any hardware. It's designed to use the existing factory hardware, so please make sure that's what you have on your rig.
