Evans, Strand (1775) . Contains much of Goldsmith's earlier works, introduced to the public after the enormous success of his poem The Traveller. 

Imagine, this book is over 240 years old!!! It is a very scarce book. 

Book is bound full leather. Front cover has become detached. Spine has some loss. (Refer to pictures). All pages are clean and tightly bound. The pages are made of hand-laid paper. No writing in book, no previous owner names or bookplates. 

This book normally sells for $200 - $300. Because the front cover has become detached, I have significantly reduced the price of the book.

This book would make a wonderful addition to a collection.
