Excerpt from the official rules of Traders and Barbarians:
"If you have the smallest number of coins, you receive one of the Poor Settler tiles (minus 2 victory points). If multiple players are tied for the smallest number of coins (even 0 coins), each of those players receives a Poor Settler tile (minus 2 victory points). If you and you alone have the most coins, you receive the Wealthiest Settler tile. This tile is worth 1 victory point.

These cards were printed in a limited die-cut run using high-quality board game chip-board stock. While designed with Catan in mind, this card may be used with any point-based game with similar gameplay.
