Rare Lip Service Long Black Gothic Skirt. 

Absolutely beautiful soft leather like material with very little stretch.  Skirt has an elastic waistband and beautiful details.  Straight fit with panel design until towards bottom almost like a lace cutout with tulip bottom.  Very long.  I call it my Morticia dress.  Really is beautiful and sexy!

In like new condition, no damage.
