1. All orders would be dispatched out at the same day before our cut-off time 9:00 a.m Monday-Friday. The other orders which paid after 9:00 a.m would be shipped out in 24 hours after you paid (except weekend Holidays ).

Our warehouse has located in Tamworth Staffordshire and it takes about 2-3 working days on estimate delivery time.Sometimes get delay to 3-5 days is normal, If you do not receive the parcel about 8 days, you must have to phone your local post depot for investigation and message us at the first time.

1. Damaged In Transit: Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify us if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Not Received / Incorrect Item Received: If you have not received the item that you ordered, please contact us. If we have sent the incorrect item in error, we will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If the item received is due to incorrect selection and the correct item is required, we will accept the item as a return at 100 percent of purchase value providing the item and packaging are in excellent condition. However, the purchaser will be required to pay the postage to return the original item and resend the replacement. Items must be returned before replacements will be sent.

3. Refunds: Refunds without exchange can be issued if you are not happy with your purchase, however a 15 percent restocking fee will be charged to assist with covering costs associated with the transaction. The buyer will be responsible for postage involved with transaction.
