Interarms Era Walther P38 Owners Instruction Manual Blacksmith 1974 Hoffschmidt

OUR # mlP3874

Item Description

This listing is for ONE Instruction or Information Manual or book. Buyer will receive one of the two documents in the photos. Here is an instruction manual that importer Interarms furnished with many of their P38 Pistols brought in during the Interarms era, late 1970s to late 1990s. Publisher was Blacksmith Corp. of Chino Valley, AZ, a firearms book printer during the period. Author was E.J. Hoffschmidt, early aficionado on German Military memorabilia. Distributor, in these two books’s cases, was Interarms, 10 Prince St., Alexandria, VA. Construction is 6 x 8 1/2 black and white paperback form, with center staples and 77 numbered pages. Author’s comment is by no means limited to operational procedures on the P38 Pistol, he includes the pistol’s history and even replicated documents in the back section. These two copies have been in our old upright office file for the past 40 some odd years, surplus from Interarms Distributors in the 1980s. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint amounts of age toning. P38 or P1 pistol owners who simply want instructions or history can find plenty of it free of charge on the internet. Shoppers, however, who are appreciative of Interarms history and history of World War II Memorability, will find these books collectable in their own right, even in areas like new york or chicago where firearms ownership is largely prohibited.
