Individually cards will arrive in a Top Loader with a Penny Sleeve.

-- If there are any "specks" on the scan, it's from the scanner not on the card.

-- Non-Machinable shipping (1-2 Days Handling) with no Tracking.

And will ship in a Regular Envelope.
