2ND Class (Letters) Free Service takes 2-5 days and delayed orders are taking up 10 working days in the areas where the delays are occurring.

These are not fluid and occur depending on the situation at local levels (Many offices are not delivering letters everyday)

Royal Mail 48 – Free Service takes 2-5 days and offers a delivery scan but is also subject to delay as above.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Tracked service which is 2-4 days with tracking information available online.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Tracked service which is 1-2 days with tracking information available online.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is Guaranteed Next Day to most areas in UK and Islands (Unless suspended by Royal Mail due weather etc)

 

This is a term of the sale and selecting the appropriate service will ensure you receive the order in the required time.  
Payment will be acknowledged by email.

We accept payment by PayPal, Cheques and Postal Orders. We can accept payment by Direct Transfers via Internet Banking, and will supply details if required.

International Customers must pay with PayPal, as we are unable to accept any other form of payment due to excessive bank charges.
We understand that sometimes problems occur, and will refund anything that is returned within 14 days from date of arrival, UNOPENED and arrives back in the SAME condition as we sent it.
 
We will not refund postage, unless any problems are our causing or the item are established by our engineers to be faulty. All upgrade postal services which are delivered are not refunded.

Return of items is at the customer’s risk, since we have no way of controlling the safe return.

We offer same day shipping up to at least 14:00 English Time often later. We offer several time options, as shown in the listing, from Free to Fast and in between, select the one that suits your need.
 
Orders after 14:00 are sent next working day (Not Saturday Sunday or Bank Holidays)
 
There are delays in some places, particularly with letters, and you will need to upgrade if requirement is urgent.
 
Currently if orders are delayed it is mostly about 5-6 WORKING days, but more than 98.7% are on time. 
 
Refund will be made not later than 30 days in the event of such delays, as a term of listing.
