Defective or Shipping Mistake: We will issue RMA# and a prepaid return label for the item to be sent back to us if we are notified within 30 days from date of purchase. All replacements and refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The warranty does not cover the replacement.
Change Mind/Wrong item Ordered: Any unopened ink/toners within 30 days from date of purchase may be returned for a refund and within 1 year for replacement.
