I am offering here TWO VINTAGE BADGES that are NOS unsold.
In original stored condition, they can be polished if you wanted with brasso
I got them some years ago on these cards as shown (CARDS NOT INCLUDED)
The badges are presumed (by me) to be some sort of pin badge tie perhaps?
Please see (3rd & 4th) pictures showing them mounted on the card - I have uncovered some interesting design details and history from circa 1970 when the ARSENAL badge design must have been used to give example of this design. No doubt the maker made other badges as they were quite famous for such quality production. (these are only shown to show context - you are buying TWO badges still! :)
They have a slot to rear - there is NO PIN with this.
They are made of a brass/copper like metal with white enamel and deep red too.
Made in an era when quality mattered.
Any guidance or further information about these is much welcomed as to suggested age etc.,
They seem to be very well made, with great details and raised stamped makers details to rear,
