Products We only sell 100% authentic brand name merchandise. Products are brand new and come with their original factory box and booklet, unless otherwise stated. Complimentary watch bracelet sizing is available upon request at the time of purchase. At Premier Watch Shop, our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some photographs may be enhanced, and some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly. Premier Watch Shop is not an authorized dealer or retailer of any brand. Shipping Policy Free standard shipping within the continental United States is available for most purchases. Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico orders may incur an extra shipping fee. We may upgrade your shipping service, as we deem proper in our sole discretion. All products are physically inspected before shipping and carefully packed by our experienced staff. We cannot make changes to the shipping address after your order is processed. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO as most orders require a delivery signature and telephone number. In the case that a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, and thus returned to us, any charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. eBay will add and collect any applicable sales tax in accordance to your State Law. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not alter invoice values or mark items as "gifts". Return Policy The return policy period is stated in our eBay listing and starts from the date your item(s) is delivered. In some cases, we may deduct a 5% restocking fee from the refund to help cover expenses incurred from processing your order. Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable. The returned item(s) must be free of defects, unworn, unused, and include all provided factory accessories. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Repair Policy You agree and understand that factory warranty is not provided because Premier Watch Shop is not an authorized retailer or dealer of any brand. The repair policy, unless otherwise stated, is handled directly by Premier Watch Shop for the period stated in the eBay listing and starts from the date your watch is delivered. The repair of the watch movement is free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions. The repair policy does not cover damages caused by impact, vibrations, water, moisture, or magnetic fields; nor does it cover batteries, straps, bracelets, buckles, bezels, clasps, finishes, cases, crowns, or crystals. It also does not cover damage or defects arising from normal wear such as scratches or chips. Any alterations, service, or repair performed by any other party will deem this repair policy null and void. Most watches marked "Water Resistant" are not designed for swimming or diving. The time on your watch should require normal periodic adjustments. Please ensure that your watch is fully dry before adjusting or operating buttons and that the crown is back in complete closed or screwed down position after adjusting. This repair policy is not transferable and is only applicable to watch purchases. There are no other warranties or repair policies of any kind other than as stated herein. Any breach by you of this provision constitutes a material breach and will entitle Premier Watch Shop to collect damages including attorneys’ fees and costs. Legal Fees Should any action be required by Premier Watch Shop to enforce these terms and conditions in any manner, or relating to any transaction or purchase made from it, Premier Watch Shop will be entitled to collect its attorneys’ fees and costs including thru appeal. You acknowledge and agree that this is a material provision in all respects. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Notices Any notice to Premier Watch Shop must be in writing and via certified mail, return receipt, and solely to the correct registered agent for Premier Watch Shop. You agree and acknowledge that Premier Watch Shop is a fictitious name and d/b/a. Legal process must be via process server also to the correct registered agent for Premier Watch Shop. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute an agreement and contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and all prior proposals, discussions or writings are superseded hereby. These terms shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors, heirs and assigns. |
