HAND KNITTED SLOUCH BEANIE HAT WITH TOP-KNOT. GREEN, PURPLE. LARGE

The ribbed edge of this hat will stretch up to about 57 or 58cm, but it looks quite good on smaller heads too.  See pictures.  Top knot is a crocheted rope and is tied on.

PLEASE READ THIS BIT FOR INFORMATION ON SIZING

Two different head models are being used to display the hats.  The large size looks decidedly male, but don’t be put off if he occasionally models lady hats which are a bigger size. Most of my hats are intended for us “Big ‘eds” out there

The girly head model will be used for small to medium sized hats – both girls and boys.  Although most hats are unisex anyway.

Even the smaller hats have a lot of stretch, so both models will be used to show that.

SIZES OF THE HEAD MODELS

Bigger model is 61 cm around the widest part of the head: 31cm over the top of the head from ear to ear. Most manufacturers would class him as large or even extra large.

Smaller model is 51cm around the head and 27 cm ear to ear. She would be classed as small to medium.
