Australian Shipping

Registered / tracked post. This is our preferred method of postage and is the default method used.

$5.95 flat rate registered postage. Free shipping for orders over $75.

International Shipping

Registered / tracked post. This is our preferred method of postage and is the default method used. AUD $16 flat postage.

Free shipping does not apply for international orders.

Combined Shipping

Please add all items to your cart. Prior to payment, request a revised invoice with combined postage and we will update the postage price.

Returns

Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. Return postal insurance is required for all items, at the value of the original purchase price.  Return postage tracking is required. 

Refund amount = total purchase price - our original postage costs to you - ebay listing fee - ebay final value fee - 10% restocking fee.

No refund will be awarded if the item returned is in a different condition to that displayed in the listing. If the item is damaged in transit, a statuatory declaration will be required as proof. No refund will be awarded if the item is removed from original packaging. No refund will be awarded if the item returned is different to the item sold to you. No refund will be awarded if the item is sent to us without insurance or without tracking. We do not accept change of mind refunds of any type, including if the item was found at a better price, ordered by mistake or you just didn't like it.
