The book measures approx. 9 ½ by 6 ½ inches. The cover is nice and clean with some slight wear and scuffing, dusty from long storage. The spine end is good with some light wear. The boards and corners are nice with some minor denting and wear. The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are bright and clean, some dented corner tips, pencil price marks on front page, some sparse marks and notes in light pencil, book is nice
