We do not supply screws or rawl plugs with this item. We do recommend purchasing our premium quality heavy-duty mirrors fixings to hang your mirror. please search the following mfixings for standard heavy duty fixings, swfixings for solid wall fixings, pmfixings for plasterboard fixings and lmfixings for lockable mirror fixings.

  • Your Purchase is delivered by Fragilistics Special Mirror Delivery Service.
  • Items 6ft x 4ft and over require your assistance at delivery.
  • Detailed delivery email is sent to your Ebay registered email address (check Spam/Junk).
  • Delivery to Mainland UK only between 7am and 8pm.
  • Should the 1st Delivery Fail due to a customer issue a Redelivery charge of £25 will be applied. Should this lead to the cancellation of an order this charge will be deducted from any refund.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 working days

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

  • All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging (where the packaging was supplied).
  • We use Fragilistics Special Mirror Delivery Service for returns. Contact us through eBay message to arrange.
  • A collection and restocking fee of £25 per item will be deducted from your refund.
  • We are unable to accept the item without original packaging as we are unable to give back to our supplier for a refund and the courier will not collect these fragile items without it.
