This is an antique open face Hamilton pocket watch. 
The watch case measures  approximately 50.5mm in diameter/ 13mm in thickness, front to back.
This case is a flip-out/swing-out style case
The case is a gold filled, The crystal bezel is screw set, and has some issues with the thread. The crystal has yellowed over the years. The interior works mount ring hinge has broken.
There are some small dents along the case edge, and there is a chipped area on the winding crown
The case back engraving hints at a curvy scrolled floral design (See picture)

The dial of this watch is white porcelain enamel, double sunk, with large black arabic numerals marking the 12 hours. Along the outside the minutes are shown at the five minute intervals marked in red, and black dots. The tick track is borderless. There is a hairline fracture located next to the number 1, there is also a flack chip on the dial edge between the 9 and 10 o'clock positions, but it is below the bezel edge.
The spade style minute and hour hands are blued steel, the sweep seconds hand is blued steel and has a small moon shape aft end.

The case is stamped "DUEBER" over a banner style cartouche. Inside the cartouche is the word "WARRANTED" over "20 Years"
